Villa Operations Manager

KŌRA Villas is looking for an experienced and hands-on Villa Operations Manager to join our growing boutique hospitality brand in Ungasan, Uluwatu.

As one of the early members of the KŌRA team, you will play an important role in shaping our daily operations, service standards and guest experience from the beginning.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services and outsourced staff

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all villas are fully prepared and meet KŌRA quality standards before guest arrival

•⁠ ⁠Manage guest communication, check-ins, check-outs, requests, feedback and complaints

•⁠ ⁠Recruit, train, schedule and supervise operational staff and service providers

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate pool cleaning, gardening, maintenance, laundry and external suppliers

•⁠ ⁠Develop, implement and improve operational SOPs and checklists

•⁠ ⁠Monitor villa condition, inventory, supplies and maintenance requirements

•⁠ ⁠Support budgeting, expense control and basic operational reporting

•⁠ ⁠Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

•⁠ ⁠Provide regular updates and reports to KŌRA management

•⁠ ⁠Support partnerships, collaborations and initiatives that improve guest experience and business performance

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3-5 years of experience in villa, hotel or hospitality operations

•⁠ ⁠Previous supervisory or management experience

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills

•⁠ ⁠Excellent understanding of hospitality operations and guest service

•⁠ ⁠Fluent spoken and written English

•⁠ ⁠Fluent Bahasa Indonesia

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Proactive, reliable and service-oriented

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working hands-on and managing multiple priorities

•⁠ ⁠Based in Bali

Experience with luxury villas, international guests, OTAs or hospitality PMS platforms is an advantage
