Villa Manager

Bali Management Villas is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury villa properties. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, leading operational teams, and maintaining the highest standards of service and property management.

Range Salary : IDR 7,000,000 – 8,000,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Location : Canggu, Bali

About the Role

The Villa Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of multiple villa properties, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive hospitality experience who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining the highest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all assigned villa properties.

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high-quality hospitality standards.

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve excellent performance.

• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally while ensuring effective service recovery.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, Guest Services, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Ensure all villas are fully prepared before guest arrivals, including cleanliness, maintenance, and special guest requests.

• Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for management.

• Manage staff scheduling, workforce planning, and daily operational requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Foster a positive working environment while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2–3 years of experience as a Villa Manager, Resort Manager, or similar leadership role.

• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Proven experience in managing villa or hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple properties simultaneously.

• Well-groomed, professional, proactive, and service-oriented.

• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest relations, and operational reporting.

• Must be domiciled in Bali.
