Videographer Intern [Paid Internship]

Currently, DACHIN is seeking candidates who passionate about short-form content-making at TikTok as a 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 to assist in planning and producing short-form video content for TikTok, including concept development and shooting.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
  1. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 from Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Willing to be placed in 𝗖𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗮𝘁 (𝗞𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮), 𝗪𝗙𝗢 𝟭𝟬𝟬%, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗣.
  3. Have an 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 to be able to communicate well.
  4. 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro); portofolio of video reel demonstrating shooting and/or editing work (TikTok-style content is a plus) is preferred.
  5. 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀, including basic lighting and audio setup.
  6. Active TikTok user with a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀, formats, and best practices.
  7. Available to work at least 𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝟯 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 program.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
  1. 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸, including concept development and shooting.
  2. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻t, including content scheduling, publishing, and basic community engagement (comments/DMs).
  3. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 TikTok trends, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗲 video performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth), and 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 for content optimization.
  4. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
  5. 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀, ensuring proper storage and backup.
