Unit Head Corporate Insurance Accounts (Medical Doctor)

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and verify insurance providers and corporate clients, including insurance coverage validity and active agreement periods, in accordance with existing Cooperation Agreements (PKS).

• Review and verify Initial Medical Reports, Further Investigation Reports, medical procedure confirmations, and Daily Patient Condition Reports to ensure all required information has been properly completed by the General Practitioner (GP) or Attending Physician (DPJP) before submission to insurance providers or corporate clients.

• Ensure that all required medical reports are submitted to insurance providers or corporate clients to obtain initial hospitalization guarantees.

• Ensure that the hospital receives the initial hospitalization guarantee letter within 2 × 24 hours (48 hours).

• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments or relevant institutions to fulfill requests from insurance providers or corporate clients, including Medical Check-Up (MCU) requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine and a professional medical doctor qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a hospital or insurance company.

• Strong interest in hospital management and healthcare administration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong professional attitude, integrity, and interpersonal competencies.

• Willingness to be assigned to Mayapada Hospital Surabaya (MHSB).
