Touchpoint Digital Release Specialist

Job Purpose:
To act as the primary business interface between Touchpoint Management and Digital/App Owner teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of touchpoint requirements (myXL, website, webstore).

Main Responsibility:

• Translate touchpoint and experience requirements into clear business requirements for Digital teams
• Coordinate onboarding of product assets into XLnet (business side) and website (webstore, web XL)
• Support backlog prioritization discussions with App Owner
• Perform UAT and post-release validation from business and experience perspective
• Assess release impact to customer journey and touchpoint performance
