About the role

This role involves performing adjustments, repairs, and routine maintenance of production machinery and supporting equipment to ensure stable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform adjustments, damage repairs, and routine maintenance of production machinery and supporting equipment to ensure stable operation

• Conduct timely inspections, cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and calibration to reduce damage rates

• Manage production mold creation, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production

• Assist with installation, testing, and acceptance of new equipment; prepare technical documents, drawings, and operating guides

• Comply with workplace safety procedures, use personal protective equipment correctly, prevent operational violations, and ensure personal and equipment safety

• Complete other maintenance and field repair tasks assigned by management

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field

• Minimum 1 year experience in factory machinery maintenance

• Ability to read machine assembly drawings and electrical diagrams

• Understanding of basic electrical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Skilled in using repair tools and measurement instruments

• Able to diagnose faults, identify damaged components, and repair independently

• Skilled, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Willing to work shifts and overtime

• Familiarity with industrial packaging automation equipment preferred

• Electrical Technician certification preferred
