About the role

This role involves performing routine inspections and maintenance of production machinery and equipment, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and conducting repairs on damaged machines. You will analyze the causes of equipment failures, provide repair recommendations, and ensure machinery operates optimally while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of production machinery and equipment

• Implement preventive maintenance programs according to schedule

• Conduct repairs or corrective maintenance on damaged machinery

• Analyze causes of equipment failure and provide repair recommendations

• Ensure machinery and equipment operate optimally

• Create maintenance and repair activity reports

• Manage availability, condition, and effective use of spare parts

• Execute work in accordance with health and safety standards and company procedures

• Participate in improvement activities to enhance machinery reliability and efficiency

About you

• Minimum SMK qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Repair

• Understanding of basic principles of production machinery maintenance and repair

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance

• Ability to identify, analyze, and repair machinery or equipment damage

• Understanding of basic mechanics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and machine support systems

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings or wiring diagrams

• Experience using technical work equipment and measuring instruments

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
