About the role

Teknisi Listrik (Electrical Technician) responsible for installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems (PLTS) including On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid configurations. Work is primarily conducted at heights on rooftops and open areas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation of mechanical and electrical components for PLTS systems according to design diagrams

• Conduct DC cable pulling (from solar panels to inverter) and AC cable pulling (from inverter to building distribution panels)

• Install mounting/racking systems for solar panels on rooftops and open areas

• Perform testing and commissioning to ensure systems function safely before handover to clients

• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for solar panels, inverters, and batteries

About you

• Minimum SMK qualification in Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL)

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in strong/weak current electrical installation

• Comfortable working at heights as majority of work is conducted on rooftops

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and electrical wiring diagrams

• Basic understanding of inverters, batteries, solar charge controllers, and electrical measuring tools (multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester)

• Preferred: K3 Umum / K3 Listrik certification or Serkom (competency certificate for electrical engineering technicians)
