About the role

This role involves installation and activation activities for customers, providing technical support through remote or on-site troubleshooting, and delivering technical solutions to support customer access network equipment. You will ensure customers understand how to use services without obstacles and can resolve both technical and non-technical issues. The role focuses on ensuring that services provided by the company are well-received by customers in accordance with the company's vision and mission.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation and activation activities for customers

• Provide technical support to customers through remote or on-site troubleshooting

• Deliver technical solutions to support customer access network equipment

• Provide information and ensure customer services are usable and unobstructed

• Ensure customers understand technical and non-technical issues when they arise

• Ensure services provided by the company are well-received by customers according to company vision and mission

About you

• Maximum age 30 years

• Minimum education: SMK in TKJ, RPL, Electrical Engineering, Access Network Engineering Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Information Systems

• Minimum GPA 3.00 (for D3/S1 graduates)

• Work experience or internship/practical training in Fiber Optic, FTTH, or ISP
