About the role

Teknisi Boiler responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the stability of pressure, temperature, and steam supply in boiler systems according to manufacturing production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain pressure, temperature, and steam supply stability in boiler systems according to manufacturing production requirements

• Conduct periodic inspections on water treatment systems, feedwater quality testing, and routine blowdown processes

• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on burner components, pumps, valves, and boiler safety instruments

• Ensure all steam vessel operational units comply with Steam Law regulations, Pressure Vessel K3 standards, and maintain accurate operational logbook records

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent

• Official K3 Operator License for Steam Vessels (Boiler) Class I from Kemenaker RI (mandatory)

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position, preferably from the Manufacturing Industry

• Proficiency in operating high-capacity steam vessels, burner systems, steam piping systems, and safety valves

• Understanding of boiler water treatment systems (Water Treatment Plant / WTP) and boiler water quality parameter analysis (softener, dosing chemical, pH, TDS)

• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and basic electrical instrumentation on boiler units

• Willing to be placed in Banyuglugur, Situbondo

• Mandarin language skills are an added value
