About the role

This role involves managing and maintaining technical manuals and publications for Head Office and field maintenance locations, ensuring all technical publications are properly updated, controlled, and readily available to users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain technical manuals and publications for Head Office and field maintenance locations

• Ensure all technical publications are properly updated, controlled, and readily available to users

• Regularly update the Technical Library Catalogue and database

• Control the receipt, filing, distribution, and revision of technical publications

• Ensure all hard-copy manuals are updated with the latest approved revisions

• Coordinate with MCC (Maintenance Control Center), Engineering, and Field Maintenance regarding technical publication requirements

• Liaise with OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturer) vendors, and other relevant parties to obtain updated manuals and publications

• Manage the distribution and shipment of technical publications to field maintenance locations

• Monitor applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and technical publication revisions

• Maintain proper document control, traceability, and archiving of technical publications

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 Degree in Aviation, Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering, Library/Information Management, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation technical documentation/records, preferably within an airline, helicopter operator, or MRO

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Strong attention to detail, systematic working habits, and good document organization and filing skills

• Experience with electronic technical publication (ETP) systems or aviation document management software

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality/Safety, Flight Operations, and other departments
