Technical Account Manager

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and proposals.
• Communicate incident details, root causes, and resolution plans to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Assess existing IT services and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively recommend new technologies and solutions that create business value.
• Manage customer relationships, communications, and expectations.
• Monitor and coordinate IT service delivery to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• 5+ years in IT Service, Project, or Product Management
• Strong knowledge of applications, infrastructure, and SDLC.
• Familiar with SQL, databases, and programming concepts.
• Able to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• Presales consultant experience is preferred.
