Team Leader Legal - SPV Level

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to lead the delivery of legal advisory, contract management, employment, and compliance related services. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely deliverables, managing legal risks, overseeing legal documentation processes, and providing practical guidance to support clients' business activities and regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

·       Lead the delivery of legal advisory, contract review, employment, compliance, and corporate legal services.

·       Oversee legal projects and client engagements to ensure deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements.

·       Review agreements, employment documents, legal opinions, legal memoranda, due diligence reports, and other legal deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and risk mitigation.

·       Provide practical legal advice and recommendations on commercial, employment, corporate, and regulatory matters.

·       Coordinate and maintain effective communication with clients, government authorities, external counsel, and other stakeholders to support project execution.

·       Oversee legal documentation, filing, reporting, and administrative processes to ensure proper record management and compliance.

·       Identify legal, regulatory, and operational risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies and solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in law.

·       Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.

·       Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience (PQE) in a consulting firm or in house legal environment.

·       Experience in employment, property, commercial, or regulatory advisory matters would be an advantage.

·       Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple legal projects simultaneously.

·       Strong stakeholder management skills with clients, government authorities, regulators, and external partners.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities.

·       Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to respond to business needs in a timely manner.
