Tax Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Supervisor to oversee tax compliance, manage multiple client accounts, and supervise our taxation team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, practical experience with Coretax, and the ability to provide professional tax advisory services to corporate clients, including PMA and PMDN companies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and review monthly and annual tax compliance for multiple corporate clients.

• Prepare and review corporate income tax returns.

• Review and ensure accurate calculations, payments, and reporting of valid taxes.

• Manage tax reporting and administration through Coretax DJP, including e-Faktur and e-Bupot.

• Handle tax reconciliations between accounting records, financial statements, and tax returns.

• Assist clients with tax audits.

• Monitor updates to Indonesian tax regulations and advise clients on compliance requirements.

• Ensure all tax reporting deadlines are met and maintain proper documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a tax consulting or accounting services firm.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience supervising or reviewing the work of a tax team is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, and tax administration procedures.

• Proficient in Coretax DJP, including e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and tax return submissions.

• Experience handling multiple corporate clients, particularly PMA and PMDN companies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communicating with international clients.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
