Tax Executive – Project Based (Outsourced)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Tax Team in preparing data, documents, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for tax audits and examinations.

• Assist with routine tax compliance activities, including data preparation, documentation, filing support, and reconciliation.

• Compile and organize tax-related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain supporting data and documents required for tax compliance and audit purposes.

• Assist the Tax Manager and Tax Team with ad-hoc tax data analysis and administrative support related to ongoing tax matters.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing to support audit readiness and internal tax records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Tax, particularly in tax compliance and/or tax audit support.

• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation and tax documentation requirements.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable working with large volumes of data and supporting documents.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work within tight deadlines.

• Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
