Tax Accounting Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle daily tax transactions, calculations, reconciliations, and reporting, including PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, and VAT (PPN).

• Prepare monthly and annual tax returns accurately and on time.

• Perform tax bookkeeping and ensure accurate tax recording in Accurate Accounting System.

• Operate tax systems including Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-SPT.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and maintain complete tax documentation.

• Support tax audits, reconciliation, and other tax-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax bookkeeping.

• Proficient in Accurate Accounting System, especially tax-related bookkeeping and recording.

• Familiar with Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-SPT.

• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.

• Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Good English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.

• 1–2 years of tax experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong tax knowledge are welcome.
