Tax, Accounting, and Finance Senior Supervisor

About the Role

Snackita (PT. Rencana Terbaik Selamanya) is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Tax, Accounting, and Finance Senior Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to supervise a team while ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Supervise monthly and annual financial closing processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.

• Manage Indonesian tax compliance, including relevant PPh and PPN obligations, e-Faktur, tax reconciliation, tax payments, and periodic and annual tax reporting.

• Review accounting records, tax calculations, supporting documents, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Monitor cash flow, payment schedules, operating expenses, and budget utilization.

• Analyze financial data and account variances, identify discrepancies, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

• Establish and maintain effective accounting procedures, documentation standards, and internal financial controls.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant internal stakeholders as required.

• Supervise, guide, and review the work of accounting and finance team members, ensuring deadlines and reporting standards are met.

• Support management with financial analysis, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.

• At least 2 years of senior-level, team-lead, or supervisory experience.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance, including PPh, PPN, and applicable tax reporting systems.

• Proven experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.

• Good understanding of cash-flow monitoring, expense control, and internal financial controls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and organizational abilities.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.

• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Trading, or Distribution is an advantage.

• Experience with inventory accounting, costing, COGS, or multi-entity reporting is a plus.
