Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialised positions across different departments.

• Develop recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search.

• Identify and attract candidates for managerial and hard-to-fill positions.

• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.

• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.

• Monitor recruitment progress and hiring targets.

• Support employer branding activities and recruitment events.

• Ability to create KPI and monitoring job scope for employee

Requirements

• Experiences in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Hands-on experience in both high-volume recruitment and executive search (headhunting).

• Proficient in candidate sourcing through Job Platform or recruitment platforms.

• Experience hiring candidates across various departments and multiple levels.

• Ability to handle multiple job openings in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Willing to live and work in Surabaya.
