Surveillance System and Infrastructure Evaluation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join us as Surveillance System and Infrastructure Evaluation Officer, a key role in supporting the effectiveness of IDX’s trading surveillance through system evaluation, development, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain trading surveillance systems, including surveillance parameters and alerts.
• Conduct periodic evaluation, testing, and development of surveillance systems and supporting applications.
• Perform data processing and analysis to support trading surveillance activities.
• Identify and coordinate the resolution of surveillance system issues with relevant IT teams and vendors.
• Support the preparation of surveillance reports, SOPs, BIA, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including OJK, SROs, other exchanges, and system/data providers, to support surveillance system development.

Kualifikasi

What You’ll Deliver:

Education

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or Information Technology.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Capital Markets, Economics, or Information Technology is preferred.

Technical Skills

1. Knowledge of Capital Market and Capital Market Instruments.

2. Knowledge of Information Systems and IT Fundamentals.

3. Understanding of Applied Statistics and Data Management.

4. Familiarity with Business Application Systems, particularly core business-related systems.

5. Basic knowledge of Project Management and Writing & Reporting.

6. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, VB Macro, C/C++, and SQL is preferred.

7. Interest in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) is highly valued.

Soft Skills

1. Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
3. Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
4. Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
