Supply Planning Officer

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Good understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) concepts and principles.

  • Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing processes.

  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

  • Understanding of business processes in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain Master Production/Supply Plans (MPS) at the national and Distribution Center (DC) levels in collaboration with PPIC, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Inventory Planning teams.

• Ensure product supply aligns with domestic demand forecasts and business targets.

• Develop long-term supply scenarios and capacity requirements to support business objectives and management decision-making.

2. Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare production planning data across business units to support order fulfillment and meet domestic demand forecasts.

• Compile, process, and review weekly and monthly supply data to ensure accuracy and support production and distribution planning.

• Prepare and review monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to monitor performance and support management decisions.

3. Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements using continuous improvement tools such as Small Group Activities (SGA), Suggestion Systems (SS), Cross-Functional Teams (CFT), and A3 Reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Production Plan Adherence (PPA): Ensure production execution complies with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

• On-Time and In-Full (OTIF): Ensure production fulfillment meets planned delivery timelines and quantities.

• Material Availability: Maintain adequate raw material inventory and Days of Inventory (DOI) to support production requirements.

• Export Fulfillment Rate (OFR): Ensure export production requirements are fulfilled accurately.

• Finished Goods Inventory: Maintain appropriate finished goods stock levels and Days of Inventory (DOI) to meet sales demand.
