Supply Demand Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the import process to ensure optimal stock levels based on national forecasts.

• Develop accurate supply and demand plans, integrating historical sales data, sales targets, and production planning to avoid Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop execution plans and performance analysis in support of brand strategy and new business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Demand Planning Supervisor in a food & beverage importing company.

• Hands-on experience in Purchasing, Inventory Control, PPIC, and Import operations.

• Capable of managing import activities, delivery orders, and sales stock planning.

• Proficient in SAP.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and a customer-centric mindset.

• Willing to be based in Cibitung, Bekasi.
