Supply Demand Planner Officer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product availability through effective inventory planning and management.

• Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to ensure alignment between planning and operational requirements.

• Manage replenishment and procurement activities to maintain optimal stock availability.

• Balance inventory allocation based on sales demand, considering both stock quantity and inventory aging.

• Conduct inventory analysis and evaluation to minimize the risk of stock-out and overstock.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support inventory planning and supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Control, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, or related areas.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop effective inventory plans.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
