About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Operational Coordination Officer to join our Jakarta office on a fulltime basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising our supply chain operations. You will serve as a critical link between our suppliers, operational teams, clients and regulatory authorities, ensuring seamless movement of goods whilst maintaining strict adherence to customs regulations and international trade requirements. This position is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting the strategic objectives of PT. Cipta Sinergi Bisnis in the competitive logistics landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, receiving pre-alert document and planning end-to-end shipments, communicate with suppliers, internally, and customers

• Ensuring all the supply chain process are organized well, execute well, and monitored

• Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and submitted in accordance with customs regulations and international trade requirements (coordinate with Document Team)

• Manage all the supply chain and operational process, ensuring all the process are delivered on time

• Ensuring all the license required are well prepared

• Ensuring the Suppliers appointed are qualified with Company standarts

• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding delivery timelines and any potential delays

• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies to optimise delivery timelines

• Maintain accurate records of all shipments for audit and compliance purposes

• Collaborate with other teams to coordinate order fulfilment

• Handle issues, including disputes, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance

• Support the development and implementation of supply chain procedures and best practices

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment status, customs requirements and any regulatory changes that may impact their operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor, majoring in Logistics / Transportation Management / Management will be an advantageous

• A background in logistics, supply chain management or a related certification would be advantageous

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Logistics or Supply Chain sectors

• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling compliance documentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with customs authorities, clients and internal teams

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a willingness to adapt

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational issues

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously

• Have a willingness to always fast response & proactively updating the current situation

• Leave around North or Center Jakarta will be advantageous
