About the role

A private driver provides safe, comfortable, and timely transportation services for an employer or family members. Beyond driving the vehicle, a private driver holds full responsibility for vehicle maintenance and travel efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Transport employer and family members to various destinations such as office, school, shopping centres, or appointments on time

• Comply with applicable traffic regulations to ensure safety of all passengers and other road users

• Plan optimal travel routes by monitoring current traffic conditions to avoid congestion and save time

• Maintain calm, stable, and safe driving etiquette for passenger comfort during travel

• Clean the vehicle regularly, including exterior (washing) and interior (vacuuming and removing rubbish) to keep it clean and fresh

• Inspect vehicle condition daily before use, including checks of oil, radiator water, tyre pressure, braking system, and light function

• Schedule regular servicing at authorised workshops for oil changes, tune-ups, and repairs of worn or damaged components

• Report serious damage or need for spare parts replacement to employer immediately to avoid roadside issues

• Manage fuel refilling and ensure the vehicle tank has sufficient fuel for daily travel schedule

• Handle parking and toll payments using cash or ensuring e-toll card balance is always topped up

About you

• Monitor validity of driving documents including vehicle registration (STNK), vehicle tax, and personal driving licence (SIM)

• Record vehicle operational expenses transparently for reporting or reimbursement to employer

• Maintain confidentiality of all information, conversations, and personal activities of employer heard or seen in the vehicle

• Display polite behaviour, dress neatly and cleanly, and arrive at work on time according to set schedule

• Assist in carrying passenger luggage such as shopping bags, suitcases, or work equipment in and out of the vehicle

• Handle emergency situations calmly and promptly, such as flat tyres, breakdowns, or minor accidents on the road
