• Willing to be placed in North Tapanuli, North Sumatra, and to travel outside the city as needed.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the livestock industry.
• Minimum of 2 cycles (5 years) of experience in cattle farming.
• Strong knowledge of livestock management, livestock health, and livestock husbandry techniques.
• Knowledge of livestock financial management, including budgeting and operational cost planning.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and decision-making skills. Thorough, disciplined, and responsible.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting purposes.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to make sound decisions.
• Organized and able to plan ahead.
• Understanding of the latest livestock technology and digitalization processes in the livestock industry.
• Adaptable to changes and innovations in the livestock industry.
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and challenges

Persyaratan

• Oversee all operational activities on the farm, including livestock care, feeding, livestock health management, and environmental cleanliness.
• Develop livestock procedures that meet high animal welfare standards and implement best practices for the environment.
• Ensure livestock health and welfare standards are maintained by providing optimal feeding, watering, and care.
• Develop livestock production and management plans.
• Ensure livestock health and welfare standards are maintained through proper feeding, watering, and care.
• Administer medications and vaccines safely and effectively, after appropriate training or supervision.
• Repair any damage and record and respond to all incidents or events.
• Provide training and development to farm staff in technical and occupational safety aspects.
• Ensure livestock health and hygiene through routine examinations, vaccinations, and medical care in accordance with standards.
• Manage the farm budget, including the purchase of feed, equipment, and other operational costs.
• Ensure that the farm operates in accordance with applicable government regulations and industry policies (e.g., food safety, animal protection, environmental protection, etc.).
• Develop a long-term plan for the development of the farm business, including the use of the latest technology and sustainable agricultural practices
