About the role

PT Agro Dynamics Indo is an agribusiness company seeking a Supervisor Marketing for placement in Jambi. The role involves overseeing marketing strategies and sales activities in the agribusiness and agricultural equipment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for both digital (online) and offline channels

• Monitor the execution of marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness

• Manage customer relationships and maintain an updated database of potential customers

• Build and maintain relationships with industry players at various scales

• Achieve sales and marketing targets

• Conduct field sales activities outside the city as needed

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Sales & Marketing in the agribusiness and agricultural equipment sector

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Agriculture

• Strong knowledge of the assigned city/region

• Proficient in developing marketing strategies for both digital and offline channels

• Skilled in monitoring strategy implementation and measuring marketing effectiveness

• Possess an updated database of potential customers

• Have established relationships with industry players

• Own vehicle required

• Active driving license (SIM A & C)

• Willing to travel outside the city for work
