Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of tobacco processing, especially in the Bobbin process.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Willing to undergo a training period under an outsourcing arrangement.

Job Description

• Supervise daily Bobbin production activities and manpower allocation.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

• Monitor compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members.

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production processes.

• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve productivity and efficiency.
