Supervisor PPIC

Qualificataion:

·       Bachelor’s degree in any major.

·       Minimum 3 years of experience as PPIC Supervisor.

·       Strong coordination and communication skills across departments.

·       Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and production planning.

·       Strong ability to develop efficient production schedules and manage priorities.

·       Good command of English, both written and spoken.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Pivot Table.

·       Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

·       Plan and monitor production scheduling based on customer forecast, production capacity, and material availability.

·       Monitor production realization, set production priorities, and perform rescheduling to ensure on-time delivery.

·       Manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and ensure the availability of RMPM and packaging materials.

·       Handle and coordinate RMPM import and finished goods export processes, including related documentation and coordination.

·       Coordinate and negotiate with RMPM and other suppliers to support material availability and operational needs.

·       Lead and develop the PPIC team, including work allocation, training, performance evaluation, and problem solving.

·       Ensure compliance with applicable SOP, GMP/CPOB/CPOTB, ISO 22000/SMKP, Halal Assurance System, HSE and audit requirements.
