Supervisor Mesin Zipper

About the role

Supervise and coordinate operational activities of zipper machines in the production area. Ensure zipper machines operate properly and production targets are achieved according to standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate zipper machine operational activities in the production area

• Ensure zipper machines operate properly and production targets are met according to standards

• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of zipper machine operators and mechanics

• Ensure production processes run according to SOP, quality standards, and predetermined targets

• Conduct machine condition checks and coordinate with mechanics when technical issues or damage occur

• Monitor production results and zipper quality, and handle issues that arise during production

• Create and submit reports on production results, machine conditions, and operational issues to management

• Coordinate with production, quality control, maintenance, and related departments

• Help improve work efficiency, productivity, and machine utilization in the zipper area

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK; D3/S1 in Engineering or related field preferred

• Experience as Supervisor/Leader in zipper machine or production area, preferably from textile/garment industry

• Understanding of zipper machine operation and work processes

• Knowledge of zipper machine setting, maintenance, troubleshooting, and condition checking

• Able to organize and supervise production teams

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Able to work with targets and in dynamic work situations

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willing to work shifts if required
