SUPERVISOR — MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE (MR)

Are you a quality management professional ready to take corporate governance, quality systems, and continuous improvement to the next level?
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS).

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field; preferably Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, QA, or QC.
- Possess a valid ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification. Additional ISO certifications such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 are a plus.
Strong understanding of PDCA, business risk management, and document control.
- Strong leadership and tactical communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented in addressing system non-conformities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure the Quality Management System is properly implemented and maintained in accordance with applicable standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate periodic Internal Audits.
- Report QMS performance, findings, and improvement opportunities to Top Management.
- Serve as the primary liaison officer with external Certification Bodies during surveillance and certification audits.
