Strategic Initiatives Officer

We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives Officer to support the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects across Firdaus Group. This role will work closely with management and cross-functional teams in conducting business analysis, monitoring strategic projects, preparing management materials, and translating data into actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business, financial, market, and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.

2. Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data related to business performance, strategic projects, CAPEX, investment, and other management initiatives.

3. Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, special projects, and business improvement initiatives across Firdaus Group.

4. Monitor and track strategic project progress, milestones, deliverables, and action plans, including coordination and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

5. Prepare management reports, executive presentations, business analysis, and supporting materials for management discussions and decision-making.

6. Identify trends, opportunities, potential risks, and key insights from data and business information.

7. Support the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and investment analysis when required.

8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic projects are progressing according to agreed objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in strategic planning, business analysis, corporate strategy, management consulting, PMO, business development, or related roles.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to analyze and interpret data and translate findings into clear business insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, hospital, consulting, corporate strategy, investment, or business development.

• Experience handling CAPEX, investment analysis, financial modeling, or feasibility studies.

• Experience in PMO or strategic project management.

• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

• Strong interest in healthcare business and corporate strategy.
