Strategic Community & Growth Manager

About the Role

This is an individual contributor role owning community strategy for our tech community end-to-end from ideation to execution. You'll work independently on strategy and direction, with execution support from the other team (no direct reports). You'll report directly to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strategic relationships with other companies, investors, communities, and business partners

2. Conduct community screening, evaluation, and business opportunity assessments

3. Analyze business models, traction, market potential, and company scalability

4. Provide insights and recommendations related to company growth and innovation opportunities

5. Manage accelerator, incubation, mentoring, or innovation programs

6. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with various stakeholders

7. Conduct market research on trends, technology, and AI ecosystems

8. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop new business opportunities

9. Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management

10. Organize networking events, workshops, and ecosystem engagement activities

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, Marketing, or related fields

2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Strategic Partnership, Ecosystems, Incubator Programs, or Business Development in an IT company

3. Strong understanding of ecosystems, fundraising processes, and business growth strategies

4. Excellent business analysis and strategic thinking skills

5. Strong professional network within the technology industry is a plus

6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken

7. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

8. Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor, owning strategy and execution without a supporting team of direct reports

9. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

1. Regional or international exposure within the Southeast Asia startup ecosystem

2. Understanding of AI ecosystems, SaaS, fintech, or digital business industries

3. Experience as a startup mentor, advisor, or speaker is a plus

4. Exposure to investor relations or fundraising activities
