Strategic Communications & Partnership (Corporate & Government)

About the role

EwasteRJ is looking for a Strategic Communications & Partnerships for Corporate & Government to grow our network of corporate, government, and institutional partners. This role will identify new opportunities, understand partner challenges, develop relevant e-waste solutions, and manage the entire partnership process from initial engagement through agreement and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities with corporate, government, and institutional stakeholders (upsell/cross-sell)

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing partners

• Represent EwasteRJ in meetings, presentations, negotiations, and external discussions

• Understand each partner's objectives and e-waste challenges through research and consultative discussions

• Translate partner needs into relevant solutions, collaboration models, and partnership proposals

• Handle end-to-end client management from prospecting and initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, agreement, and implementation

About you

• Experience in client management, partnerships or government relations

• Strong consultative communication, negotiation, and presentation

• Understand corporate procurement or government engagement; map key stakeholders

• Able to manage proposals and follow-ups

• Proven record in handling partnership & knowledge about e-waste are plus points
