Store Supervisor (TUMI Medan)

About the role

Oversee day-to-day store activities and lead a team in a retail environment within PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk's fashion division, which operates over 40+ international brands including Zara, Marks & Spencer, Loewe, Flying Tiger, Pandora, Swarovski, and Lacoste.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store activities, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising standards, and inventory management

• Train, mentor, and supervise store staff, scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive, high-energy work culture

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service at all times

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, implementing strategies with the team to achieve and exceed store KPIs

• Conduct regular stock checks, manage deliveries, minimize shrinkage/loss, and maintain accurate inventory records

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws within the store environment
