Store Supervisor (CHRONOLOGIE - Premium Multibrand Watch Store)

Chronologie is a premium multi-brand watch store located at Plaza Senayan, Jakarta. The store offers a curated selection of high-quality timepieces from various internationally recognized watch brands, making it a destination for watch enthusiasts and customers who appreciate fine craftsmanship and sophisticated design.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing a retail staff within a business. Sets up displays and assists customer and staff during business hours.

2. In charge of the general operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and meets company’s or Brand’s high standards.

3. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.

4. Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

5. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

7. Report on buying trends, market analysis, customer needs, profits, etc.

8. Conduct personnel performance appraisals.

9. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.).

10. Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.

11. Additional Supervisor (SPV) duties as needed.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, any major.

2. Must have minimum three years experience as Supervisor / Coordinator for a Sales Team.

3. Knowledgeable in high-end luxury retail sales with appreciation for product quality, service excellence and all the related aspects.

4. Good hygiene, grooming and pleasant personality is required.

5. Superior communications skills both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

6. Excellent selling and customer service skills.

7. Able to work independently with high attention to detail.

8. Assertive and possesses excellent leadership.

9. Skills in Microsoft Office are required.

10. Luxury retail experience is preferred.

11. Bachelor Degree from any major
