About the role

Oversee daily operations of the vape and coffee shop to ensure smooth business operations. Supervise, manage, and evaluate staff performance, including barista and vaporista roles.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales, analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets

• Manage inventory, stock opname, stock replenishment, and cash reconciliation

• Ensure product quality, customer service standards, store cleanliness, and SOP compliance

• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively

• Prepare daily operational and sales reports for management

• Develop promotional initiatives to increase sales and improve store performance

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or store management

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in inventory control, sales monitoring, and staff supervision

• Knowledge of vape products and coffee shop operations is an advantage

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

• Responsible, proactive, and target-oriented
