A Store Leader role focused on driving sales, achieving operational targets, and leading store teams to deliver excellent customer service and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve operational targets

• Develop action plans to improve product, service, and quality standards

• Identify business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Support product and service improvements based on customer needs

• Lead, develop, and motivate store teams

• Identify operational improvements and implement changes effectively

About you

• 2–3+ years of experience in retail, ideally as a Store Leader / PIC

• Experience in global brands or premium/high-end brands is a plus

• Good command of English, both verbal and written

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Sales and target-oriented with a customer-focused mindset

• Strong people skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period
