About the role

We are seeking a Staff Warehouse Site Konstruksi to join PT Indowin Engineering Indonesia on a full-time basis. This role is based in Batang, Central Java and offers an exciting opportunity to support our construction site operations through effective warehouse management and administrative coordination. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics and site operations, directly contributing to the success of our engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee warehouse inventory at construction sites, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper organisation of materials and equipment

• Receive, document and inspect incoming construction materials, equipment and supplies upon arrival at the site warehouse

• Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, stock levels and warehouse transactions using warehouse management systems or manual records

• Coordinate material distribution to different construction areas and teams as required by project schedules

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security protocols within the warehouse and construction site environment

• Conduct regular warehouse inspections and audits to identify discrepancies or areas requiring improvement

• Liaise with procurement, site management and project teams to communicate inventory status and material requirements

• Support administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, including filing, scheduling and documentation

• Assist in the organisation and arrangement of construction materials to optimise space and accessibility

• Report any damage, loss or irregularities in materials or equipment to management promptly

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a construction or engineering environment

• Strong organisational and inventory management skills with attention to detail

• Familiarity with construction materials, equipment and site logistics

• Basic proficiency with computer systems and warehouse management software

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Physical capability to handle warehouse duties and work in a construction site environment

• Knowledge of health, safety and security regulations relevant to construction sites

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving

• Indonesian language fluency (essential for this location-based role)

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further qualifications in logistics or warehouse management are advantageous
