PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara is a company specializing in Automotive Coating Services – Parts Specialist, providing coating services and production support for the automotive industry.

As a Production Staff, you will be responsible for supporting smooth production operations, achieving production targets, and ensuring production processes are carried out according to company standards, safety requirements, and established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production processes are carried out according to established standards and targets.

• Monitor production activities and achievement of production targets.

• Analyze production problems and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.

• Ensure the implementation of 5S, K3, and Continuous Improvement in the work area.

• Prepare and present regular production reports.

• Coordinate with related departments to support smooth production operations.

• Support initiatives to improve production efficiency and productivity.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good understanding of production processes and process control.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and good communication skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to work with production targets.

• Willing to work in shifts.
