Staff Operational Excellence

PT. Nipsea Paint and Chemicals is looking for a Staff Operational Excellence to join our team in Jakarta.

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor and maintain operational and logistics data related to warehouse and goods distribution activities.

• Managing contract documentation and business agreements with logistics vendors.

• Maintain effective communication with external parties/vendors to ensure projects run according to the timeline/schedule.

• Perform material maintenance activities in SAP for the MM module.

• Ensure the implementation of warehouse and delivery SOPs as the standard for warehouse team operations to improve productivity and efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Ability to process and analyze operational data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).

• Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.

• Comfortable working across departments.

• Fluent in English (active both spoken and written).
