About the role

This is an HR role responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, personnel administration, social security benefits, payroll, and HR operations to support a conducive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment and selection process including job postings, document screening, scheduling, and conducting candidate interviews
• Manage and update employee attendance data, leave/permission records, and personnel administration files neatly and carefully using Ms. Office
• Process registration, data changes, transfers, and reporting for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for all employees
• Calculate and prepare monthly salary reports, overtime, and employment deductions accurately and on time
• Support the creation of a conducive work environment and coordinate proactively with all teams and related departments

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Thorough, detail-oriented, and disciplined
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of employment regulations
• Mastery of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Payroll, Recruitment and Personnel processes
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HRD (preferred)
