About the role

Staff Freight Forwarding – Export Import position in a freight forwarding company. The company is scaling up its business and seeking the right individual to join as part of their growth journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide BL

• Coordinate with clients and vendors

• Arrange Shipment Export-Import

• Export-Import Manifest Submission

• Providing Invoice

• Warehousing

• Monitoring Job Export-Import and report to Customer

About you

• Minimum Diploma 3

• Have experience in forwarding (Sea & Air) company and NVOCC for minimum 2 years

• Passionate in marketing administration, good communication skills, have strong initiative, honest, highly disciplined, and well organized

• Can work with teams or individuals

• Fluent in English (passive and active) and computer literate
