Staff Chemical Engineering

1. Designing, developing and optimising chemical processes and equipment to meet production requirements and quality standards

2. Conducting technical analyses, feasibility studies and risk assessments for chemical engineering projects

3. Monitoring and maintaining chemical processes to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards

4. Preparing detailed technical documentation, reports and specifications for chemical engineering activities

5. Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions

6. Participating in research and development activities to improve product quality and process efficiency

7. Conducting safety audits and ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety requirements

8. Supporting the implementation of new technologies and process improvements across operations

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution

2. Proven experience in chemical engineering operations, process design or process optimisation

3. Strong knowledge of chemical processes, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and unit operations

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges

5. Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to chemical manufacturing

6. Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)

7. Ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage multiple priorities
