About the role

As Staff Akuntansi Perpajakan (Tax Accounting Staff), you will play an important role in supporting the tax operations of our company and clients, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations. This position requires a skilled professional in tax administration, reporting, and tax calculation. We are seeking candidates for compliance and annual tax reporting for individuals (SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi) and for corporations (SPT Badan). You will work in our strategically located office in Kemayoran, Jakarta Raya, in a professional and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tax calculation and reporting in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

• Prepare individual & Corporation tax documents and reports for submission to the Directorate General of Taxes and related parties.

• Manage tax data and documentation neatly and in an organized manner, ensuring all records are properly stored for audit purposes.

• Analyze financial transactions and income for accurate and timely tax determination.

• Ensure compliance with tax payment and reporting deadlines to tax authorities.

• Communicate with clients or internal teams regarding tax status and required documentation.

About you

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting and/or Taxation.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, particularly PPh individual nor corporate regulations, calculation norms, and PPh withholding/collection.

• Able to prepare and report annual tax returns comprehensively.

• Fresh graduates welcome. Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in accounting or taxation is preferred.

• Good ability to use accounting and tax software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and other office applications) at a good level of expertise.

• Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a team.

• High integrity and respect for client data confidentiality.

• Good written and verbal communication in Indonesian.
