About the role

This role involves preparing and managing client tax reports (SPT Masa & Tahunan, PPh, PPN) in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations, inputting and reporting taxes through the Coretax application, and recording basic financial transactions for clients. You will operate accounting applications (Accurate Desktop & Online) for transaction recording and data reconciliation, prepare working documents using Microsoft Excel, and ensure client compliance with the latest tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and compile client tax reports (SPT Masa & Tahunan, PPh, PPN) in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations

• Input and report taxes through the Coretax application

• Record and manage basic financial transaction bookkeeping for clients

• Operate Accurate accounting application (Desktop & Online) for transaction recording and data reconciliation

• Prepare working documents using Microsoft Excel (data summaries, tax calculations, reports)

• Reconcile tax and accounting data between client records and reports to be submitted to tax authorities

• Ensure client compliance with the latest tax regulations

• Coordinate with internal team and clients regarding tax data requirements

• Assist with tax audit processes (if required) and prepare supporting documents

• Archive and document all client tax files neatly and systematically

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Extensive and in-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations

• Familiar with Coretax

• Understanding of bookkeeping processes and basic accounting

• Able to operate Accurate accounting application (desktop and online)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

• Possess Brevet A & B certificates

• Preferred: USKP (Tax Consultant Certification Exam) certificate

• Preferred: Work experience in a tax consulting firm or in the tax field
