Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of our construction and execution phase (build). You will lead the entire project lifecycle on-site—from pre-construction, budgeting, and contractor/vendor management to final handover—ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee both workshop production and on-site installation.

• Manage project budgets, control the Cost Estimation (RAB), and monitor cash flow efficiency.

• Develop, maintain, and track master project schedules (S-Curve / MS Project / Primavera) to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.

• Review and interpret shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinate closely with the design team.

• Manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce performance.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal management regarding project progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in interior design & build contractors (focusing on commercial, office fit-out, retail, F&B, or luxury residential). Experience in high rise civil construction project management will be considered.

• Strong expertise in interior construction details, custom furniture/carpentry production, and MEP installations.

• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, etc.) and drawing tools (AutoCAD / SketchUp overview).

• In-depth knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.

• Exceptional leadership, high-level negotiation skills, strong problem-solving capabilities under pressure, and excellent stakeholder communication.

• Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and flexibility to travel to project sites.
