Sr. Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT)

Job Description:

1. Financial Management – Manage the company’s financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

2. Accounting – Ensure bookkeeping and financial statements comply with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

3. Tax Compliance – Handle the company's tax obligations, including Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), and Annual Tax Reports, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

4. Audit & Reporting – Prepare financial reports for internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.

5. Cost Control & Analysis – Analyze expenses and identify opportunities for cost efficiency in business operations.

6. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations in Indonesia.

7. Team Leadership – Supervise and guide the Finance & Accounting team to achieve the company's financial objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Education – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Experience – Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with experience in a senior or supervisory role.

3. Certifications – Preferably holds certifications such as Brevet A & B (or C will be plus)

4. Technical Skills:

   • Proficient in accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

   • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting (SPT).

   • Experience using accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or similar).

   • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

5. Soft Skills:

   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

   • Excellent leadership and managerial abilities.
