SPV Warehouse

About the role

Warehouse head responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch. The role ensures compliance with standard operating procedures, maintains warehouse cleanliness and security, and manages warehouse staff performance and discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure goods receipt aligns with work orders provided

• Verify type, quantity, and quality of received goods match orders and documentation

• Ensure all goods receipt processes comply with SOP and are recorded in the system

• Ensure goods placement and retrieval follow established layout standards

• Ensure goods dispatch aligns with work orders provided

• Verify type, quantity, and quality of dispatched goods match orders and documentation

• Ensure all goods dispatch processes comply with SOP and are recorded in the system

• Ensure goods handling (placement, retrieval, and storage) follows SOP with consideration for effectiveness and efficiency

• Ensure warehouse work area cleanliness and security comply with SOP

• Ensure warehouse equipment use, placement, and maintenance comply with SOP

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification from any discipline

• 2 years experience as warehouse head, particularly in consumer goods distribution

• Understanding of warehouse management

• Experience leading more than 30 staff members

• Able to operate computers, particularly Microsoft Office

• Willing to work under pressure

• Accustomed to working with targets

• Personal values: honesty, responsibility, results-oriented

• Willing to be placed across all branches (Jabodetabek and Bandung)

• Willing to be transferred/rotated as needed
