About the role

This role oversees and ensures all Finance, Accounting & Tax processes run according to company procedures. The position involves monitoring financial transactions, payments, receipts, and cash flow, while ensuring accurate and timely accounting records. The role includes reviewing financial reports, supervising AP/AR processes, managing tax administration, and providing financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure all Finance, Accounting & Tax processes run according to company procedures

• Monitor financial transactions, payments, receipts, and company cash flow

• Ensure accounting transaction records are accurate and timely

• Review and ensure financial reports are prepared correctly and in accordance with applicable standards

• Supervise AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and other financial transactions

• Ensure company tax administration and reporting are completed on time

• Monitor budget and financial realization

• Conduct financial report analysis and provide information and recommendations to Management

• Identify potential errors or risks in financial and accounting processes and implement corrective actions

• Supervise, evaluate, and develop Finance, Accounting & Tax team members

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax (Supervisor experience is a plus)

• Understanding of accounting processes, finance, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Understanding of financial statement preparation and financial reconciliation

• Understanding of tax obligations and company tax administration

• Ability to monitor account payable (AP), account receivable (AR), cash flow, and company payments

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities

• Detail-oriented, responsible, with integrity and ability to work towards targets

• Ability to coordinate and supervise Finance, Accounting & Tax team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software is a plus
