About the role

We're looking for a driven and proactive Sourcing Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll manage sourcing activities, build strong supplier relationships, and explore new business opportunities to support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with factories and suppliers (local & international)

• Source and develop new suppliers while ensuring quality, cost, and reliability

• Identify and approach potential customers to expand business opportunities

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules

• Conduct cost comparisons across multiple suppliers

• Prepare accurate quotations and product details for clients

• Work closely with the Sourcing Manager on sourcing strategies

• Stay updated on market trends and product developments

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Proficient in MS Office

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent negotiation & communication skills

• Able to multitask and meet deadlines

• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali
